If you would like to know the personal information we hold for you, please send an email to enquiries@brightslaw.com or send a letter to the Risk and Compliance Manager, Brights, West House, West Square, Maldon, Essex  CM9 6HA.  We will usually process your request free of charge and within 30 days, however we reserve the right to charge an administration fee and to extend the period of time by a further two months if the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

If you are dissatisfied with our response you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, details for which are available at https://ico.org.uk/

We want to ensure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. If any of the information that you have provided to Bright & Sons changes, for example if you change your email address or name, please let us know the correct details by sending an email to enquiries@brightslaw.com or send a letter to the Office Manager, Brights, West House, West Square, Maldon, Essex  CM9 6HA.  You may ask us, or we may ask you, to correct information you or we think is inaccurate, and you may also ask us to remove information which is inaccurate.
